6. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, services are self-pay.

Pro Home Draws & Collections does not guarantee insurance reimbursement and may not process insurance for services offered through the website.

7. Laboratory Testing and Results

Pro Home Draws & Collections may refuse or discontinue a service when conditions are unsafe, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or unsuitable for proper specimen collection.
